Provide a little introduction about yourself, where are you from? 

 

Hi! My name is Elissa and I’m a P1. I’m from Brooklyn, NY and got into the PharmD program through UB’s 2-year Early Assurance program.

 

What are your hobbies? 

 

I enjoy swimming, kayaking, playing volleyball and handball with my friends. But sometimes I need “me” time and enjoy bumming around, while watching Korean dramas and reading mangas. I also game a bit (LoL).

 

Where do you hope to be after you are finished with pharmacy school?

 

Retail? Hospital? Neuropharmacology? I’m still unsure.

 

What do you hope to accomplish at the end of your P1 year?

 

Learn how to drive and possibly get a job.

 

One advice that you would give to someone preparing for pharmacy school.

 

Work hard, play hard!
